Toros HTX Marks 15 Years With Community, Culture, and a Special Edition Jersey with ScrewstonFC
Toros HTX hit 15 years and celebrated it the only way that makes sense in Houston — soccer running nonstop, music loud, food and drinks moving, and the community all packed into one space.
If you walked into Toros HTX that night, it felt like a regular run… just turned all the way up. Games stayed rolling, people subbed in and out, and the vibe stayed easy. No schedule, no rush — just the city showing up.
Music was a big part of it too. Colombian DJ ONE SIX handled the sound, setting the tone while the runs went on and the crowd kept growing. It didn’t feel like background noise — it felt like part of the game.
The night also marked the drop of a special edition jersey made with Screwston FC. A clean collab that made sense — two Houston brands, both rooted in culture, using soccer as the bridge. It wasn’t flashy for the sake of it. It felt real.
That’s what the night was about. Soccer, music, people, and a jersey that represents the city.
Fifteen years later, Toros HTX is still doing it the same way — for the love of the game and the culture around it.
